Recipe-Macadamia Basil Pesto

Pesto is traditionally made with pine nuts but macadamias are a great substitute for its rich, creamy texture. Fresh pesto is WAY BETTER than any jarred version and it is so simple to put together! It takes only 3 minutes. Try it over fish, chicken or a killer pasta.


Combine basil, garlic, macadamia and parmesan cheese together in a blender or food processer.

While the motor running, add olive oil in a slow stream until the mixture is combined.
