Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Heat sugar in a medium heavy-duty saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly with a high heat resistant rubber spatula or wooden spoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Once sugar is completely melted, immediately stir in heavy cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Add butter and keep stirring until combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Pour the nutty caramel on top of the brownie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.
